This is just one example of the research I conducted during my time at ManyChat.
Facebook has updated its policies to ban sending messages without a special tag that describes the content and purpose of the message. My team developed a solution to check if all messages a user wants to send have the appropriate tag.
However, after some time, I noticed user complaints and began my own research, which you can find below and which eventually led to the redesign of our so-called “checking tool”. This tools allows users to review if their flow is compliant with FB policies.
We are currently redesigning the Flow Checker, and users have reported issues with this tool. This seems like a good opportunity to address both the redesign and the user issues. Here, I outline my vision for the solution.
