This document presents research on a tool we call "workflows." This tool enables the setup of approval chains for any payable document in your company (such as incoming invoices or employee expenses) and automates the approval process, easing a common business burden.
Within this document, you will find a detailed description of workflow features and goals, an overview of competitors' solutions, and a technical specification for designers.
