I joined the team at ManyChat as 15th employee. ManyChat is leading chatbot platform and a rising star in the world of marketing automation. For three years, I worked in cross-functional teams and helped release several core features of the platform.

Accomplishments

Led the design function for Dev Program project, introducing a new set of tools that allow third-party developers to create apps and integrations with the ManyChat platform.
Designed the direct Facebook Ads integration into ManyChat user accounts, enabling users to launch advertising campaigns and integrate acquired leads into their marketing automation.
Developed a new system for message tagging to comply with Facebook's updated anti-spam policies, which significantly impacted our core processes and a large percentage of clients.
Contributed to the Design Community development, which included creating a design course for non-designers, establishing a design system, conducting workshops, hiring, creating OKRs, and developing a job grading system.
