I have been working at Monite for three years, during which I participated or design solely most of the company's core products and helped the Design Department transition during the Monte’s pivot from a classic SaaS model to one of the most dynamic API-first companies. Here is a brief overview of my contributions to Monite during these years:

One of the key aspects of managing incoming invoices is the approval process. Monite has made life easier for its clients by automating this process with a new, flexible solution that allows the creation of special rules to govern who needs to approve which type of document.
Challenges
The solution needs to be flexible and scalable enough to meet the requirements of businesses of any size, from SMEs to international corporations.
Many examples on the market are outdated or offer very limited options
The logic behind this tool is quite complex, so I had to spend additional time figuring out how it should work and writing guides for my team.

Accounting is a major headache for SMBs. At Monite, we aim to simplify it for end users by automating key accounting processes such as invoice reconciliation, counterpart management, document exchange, tax period closing, accounting provider integration, and more.
